Contract Project Services Project Services include a range of activities associated with management, control and analysis of the project, including Project Management, Project Engineering / Coordination, Project Controls (incl: estimating, scheduling, cost tracking & forecasting, change management), Procurement, Document Management and Administration. At Mesh, we are not in the business of designing or building your project. We manage projects from concept to commissioning. We oversee the engineering, design, construction and commissioning and ensure the designers, engineers, architects, and builders are meeting their obligations to the client and other project stakeholders. We collaboratively develop design basis and execution plans, get buy in to them from all stakeholders and then ensure that the project follows the plan. We develop estimates which are integrated with the project budgets and labour units and have sufficient detail to change manage against. We track and forecast cost and schedule against man hour plans and deliverables based earned hours.

We process and organize documents in a manner which minimizes bureaucracy and cost while maximizing accessibility and accuracy. We also align file structures with cost accounting systems in order to better monitor, analyze and control projects.
